During the last 18 months, Whale’s technical support team worked hand in hand with Boston Whaler’s engineering team - from plans to production - to ensure a system was created that allowed for easy installation and retro fit. The project involved upgrading the current macerators Boston Whaler was using to a tailored version of the Whale Gulper waste diaphragm pump, chosen for its long standing reputation for quality and ability to manage a variety of waste with no issues.

The result was a variation of the market leading Gulper® Grouper® fishbox pump with a unique head configuration including rotatable elbows on both the inlet and outlet port. Boston Whaler dealers can also easily upgrade existing macerators on boats already in service with the new Gulper Grouper pump.
