Behind the scenes Whale employees 150 people, from our test laboratory, to quality department to production and despatch, we are focussed on offering best in class service and quality products to you. Here are a few key contacts.
Whale’s RV team is made up of a close knit group of technical engineering and commercial customer support staff. From our head office in Bangor Northern Ireland we constantly innovate to bring you the latest innovations in water and waste pump systems. Our customer support staff are available at Whale and out and about at caravan events and rallies to provide hands on assistance.
The team is led by Sarah Baird, RV commercial manager who ensures that the team are available to provide technical advice wherever our customers need us . Our design team develop easy to use products that ensure comfort and maximize space inside the vehicles.
